Tony Sigler embraced the entrepreneurial spirit early in life, running his own venture before the age of 20. His business provided vending machines and entertainment equipment to a competitive market, teaching him the value of service, adaptability, and building client trust.
In 2012, Tony joined one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States, AutoNation, where he excelled as a producer and quickly advanced to Director of Finance. In this role, he sharpened his skills in leadership, budgeting, financial planning, and recognized the importance of offering a well-rounded benefits package to his team.
By 2018, seeking greater autonomy and flexibility, Tony joined Financial Designs, confident that the company’s culture and mission were the right fit. Leveraging his background in both entrepreneurship and corporate leadership, he built strong relationships with clients across diverse industries including freight, medical, and construction.
Tony’s firsthand experience running a business allows him to connect with his clients on a deeper level.
