Jorge Valdes began providing insurance and investment solutions for South Florida business owners in 1989. Early in his career, he found industry training to be unnecessarily complex and confusing, which inspired him to take a different approach. From the start, his mission has been to simplify benefits solutions so clients clearly understand what they are getting.
Jorge’s proprietary approach has been central to the success of Financial Designs. Since founding the company, he has delivered straightforward, effective benefits programs for business owners, supported by a team of dedicated and honest professionals. Leading by example, Jorge has shown his team how to provide outstanding service in a wide range of client situations. Today, Financial Designs is recognized as one of the top agencies in all categories and has been a Top of the Table member since 2000.
