Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Customer Service Representative at FD National in Miami, FL.The role involves providing exceptional customer service, support, and satisfaction to clients regarding their employee benefits and payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities
The Payroll Customer Service Representative interacts with clients to answer routine inquiries about products and services, resolve general complaints, and assist with payroll-related issues. Responsibilities include addressing employer questions about payroll, helping with report generation, and supporting end-to-end payroll processing. Ideal candidates should be comfortable with numbers and ensure accurate information is provided to clients.

Qualifications
-Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
-Payroll Knowledge
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Make calls to our clients and setup appointments for payroll service evaluations
-Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
-Experience in payroll or benefits administration preferred
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
-Proficiency in Excel Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
-Bilingual (English and Spanish)
