David has over two decades of client experience, he joined Financial Designs in 2006. David is a Florida International University graduate with a Bachelors of Business Administration. Prior to joining the team, David acquired 19 years of experience at Florida Power & Light in several positions including Customer Service Generalist, Human Resources Consultant, Turkey Point Nuclear HR Manager and Employee Benefit Director. All of these years of well-rounded experience has provided David with a vast knowledge in Human Resources and Employee Benefits which has proven as an added valuable resource to Financial Designs
Tony is a sales professional with over 19 years of experience. He joined Financial Designs in 2018 as a knowledgeable Licensed Agent. In 2012 joined AutoNation, one of the largest Automotive Industries in the United States, becoming a top producer and moving on as a Director of Finance, mastering in company budget, financial goals and team leadership. Prior to that, Tony ran a successful company from 2000-2012 exceeding customer service and building strong relations with business owners. In conclusion, overall a true sales professional who focuses on not selling, but on helping business owners improve employee retention by offering competitive employee benefits.
With over 5 years of employee benefit experience, Jessica has been a part of the Financial Designs team since 2009. Jessica has worked in all facets of the company which gives her a well-rounded foundation on all of the details that go into not only creating, but also maintaining a successful employee benefits package. Jessica is a 2014 University of Miami Graduate (Go Canes!) with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Minor in both Business and Marketing. Upon graduation, Jessica was accepted into the Teach for America program and spent two years giving back to her community. She credits her time with Teach For America, as her foundation in being able to educate both employers and employees on complicated but essential topics such as health insurance, life insurance and retirement planning. Jessica’s main focus is helping employers understand the benefits of wellness (physical, mental, financial) so that they may have healthy and happy employees.
