Full-Time Positions

Quoting and Integrated Systems Specialist (On-site)

Financial Designs is looking for a professional looking to grow. Candidate will be responsible for quoting and preparing a proposal for prospective customers, along with building their benefits administration software. Primary Responsibilities:
•The candidate will be responsible for preparing a proposal to prospective clients.

•Candidate will create the client’s employee benefits booklet.

•Candidate will build the client’s benefits administration portal.

•Assist with payroll integrations.

•Send final enrollment and deductions to client and payroll administrator.

 

Qualified Candidates Will Have:
•High school diploma or Associates degree.

•Must be fluent with Excel, and PowerPoint.

•Attention to detail

•Strong background in developing detailed estimates through excel.

•Adapt easily to different technology platforms.

•Customer service experience.

•Bilingual. (Spanish)

Sales and Marketing Representative

Financial Designs is looking for young professionals with a competitive spirit to fill our entry-level Sales and Marketing Representative position. Candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, scheduling introduction meetings, and introducing our services. We are looking for a leader who is coachable with plenty of work ethic and sales DNA. Quarterly sales goals will be established to ensure the candidate’s success.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for assisting in client expansion within the South Florida area.
  • Candidate will both make phone calls and canvass businesses in the area.
  • Perform business reporting functions, such as, but not limited to, sales reports, account update reports, monthly reports, call reports, expense reports, mileage reports and other reports as needed.

 

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

  • 0-3 years of sales experience preferred or recent graduate with sales internship experience
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong self-motivator, with the ability to work well independently and is driven to succeed.
  • Excellent communications skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Bilingual. (Spanish)
